InsuredSupport covers and pays monthly child and spousal support payments as stated in your Marital Settlement Agreement when the Paying Party becomes involuntarily unemployed. This is private insurance — it never has to be repaid.
Coverage Up to $9,000/mo
Support payments from $400 to $9,000 per month are eligible for coverage.
Up to 6 Months Protection
Up to 24 weeks of support payments per period of involuntary unemployment.
Direct Payment
All payments go directly to the Receiving Party. The Paying Party does not receive the funds.
New & Existing Agreements
Can be added to both new and existing Marital Settlement Agreements.
